Payment:
Payment is due at the time of the sale unless prior arrangements have been made. Payment made via Paypal or credit card is considered cleared at the end of the sale.

All import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Cancellations: We will only refund 50% of the product purchase price if production has already started and or completed at the time of the cancellation request.

Shipping:
All items are shipped with in 48 hours of payment during business days. Sorry, items are not shipped until payment has cleared.

Please confirm your address – We will make every attempt to ship to the address you provide. However in the event you move or provide an incorrect address and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for the 2nd attempt postage. Or you can opt for a refund less handling charges.

Incorrect addresses: Make sure your address is current if your address is incorrect wrengifts will not resend a *free* replacement. If the package is returned to us you will have the option to pay for shipping to a new address or accept a refund of %50 less shipping. If the package is delivered to the confirmed address on file you will be responsible for locating it. So PLEASE make sure your address is correct.

Refunds and Exchanges:
Sorry NO refunds, all of our items are custom made when you order. We urge you to ask questions, read the description and view the photos before you make a purchase don’t assume something about our product that is now written in the description.

If the item arrives damaged contact us with a photo so we can make it right.

We do understand things happen an example is you ordered the wrong item, we may issue a partial refund on a case by case basis however this is not guaranteed. In the event we do issue a partial refund it will mirror the terms in our cancellation policy with the exception of return shipping which you will be responsible for. Contact us with your concerns.
